Olivia Broome returns to the Commonwealth Games with her eyes on stepping up to the top of the podium.
The para powerlifter won women’s lightweight silver at Birmingham 2022 behind compatriot Zoe Newson and now wants a taste of gold at Glasgow 2026.
The Chorley lifter also has a pair of Paralympic bronzes to her name, having medalled at both the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Games.
It is a glittering career that was kickstarted by a talent ID scheme that spotted her talent aged 15.
Broome is also a keen content creator, documenting her life in and out of the gym to her followers on social media while she also spends time gaming to switch off from sport.
