Mark Swan has eyes on expanding his medal collection on his return to the Commonwealth Games.

Swan won men’s lightweight silver at Birmingham 2022, before going on to clinch 65kg silver at the Paris 2024 Paralympics two years later.

The County Durham lifter now returns for his second Commonwealth Games hoping to continue his impress streak going.

His success at senior level followed an impressive junior career, where he won gold at the Dubai World Cup in 2021, smashing his own European junior record in the process.

Swan is an avid outdoorsman who likes to unwind with a fishing pole in hand and a tent nearby.
