Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson tumbled to a silver medal at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

In the 10m mixed synchro platform, Kothari and Toulson made it a Team England one-two as they picked up second place behind teammates Andrea Spedonlini-Sirieix and Noah Williams.

Kothari recently combined diving training with a professional finance career at J.P Morgan.

The 10m platform specialist has counted the cost of injuries over the years, taking two years to recover from nerve damage in his shoulder suffered in 2015.

His bid to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics was also disrupted by a ruptured achilles tendon.

Kothari also won the British 10m synchro title alongside Olympic champion Matty Lee back in 2018.

Diving
Team England made a splash in diving with their most successful ever Commonwealth Games in the sport seeing them win six golds and 16 medals in total.
