As a 17-year-old, Katie Snowden announced herself on the world stage with a Commonwealth Youth Games gold in the 800m.
Since then, she has become a staple of British middle-distance running famed for her impressive kick, running in World and European finals in her favoured 1500m distance.
The Londoner ran a personal best time at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics to reach the semi-finals, before clinching the national title in 2023.
That same season, she finished eighth at the World Championships in Budapest, clocking a personal best time of 3:56.72.
Having initially made the step up to the senior Commonwealth Games stage in 2018, Snowdon returns for her third Games in Glasgow.
