Jemima Yeats-Brown first made her stamp on the Commonwealth Games landscape with a dramatic bronze at Glasgow 2014.
Twelve years later, she will step back out in the same city with hopes of winning a third Commonwealth medal.
Yeats-Brown took up judo after being told she was not 'elegant' enough for the sport of gymnastics when she was a child.
At Birmingham 2022, the judoka was reunited with the bronze she won as a teenager but this time competing in a higher weight category of -70kg. Just weeks after, her sister passed away from her battle with terminal cancer and Yeats-Brown admits these Games will be especially emotional.
The Pembury-native finished fifth at the 2023 World Championships and represented Team GB at the Paris Olympics.
She has since won gold at the Tallinn European Open and bronze at the Prague European Open in 2025.
