A meteoric rise saw Jacob Mills crowned the fastest Brit in water this April.
In just 12 months, Mills has cemented his spot as one-to-watch in the pool, becoming the 2026 British champion over 50m freestyle in a new personal best of 21.91.
At the World Junior Championships in 2025, the teenager stormed to an incredible four silver medals and one bronze, finishing runner-up in both the 50m and 100m freestyle.
The Repton swimmer has committed to the Manchester Performance Centre for the upcoming season, and clinched maiden senior international medals at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow with silvers as part of the men's 4x100m freestyle and mixed 4x100m freestyle teams.
