You have to be something pretty special to become a three-time British record holder and Fraer Morrow is exactly that.

In her second taste of the Commonwealth stage having finished fifth in the 53kg category back in 2018 on Australia's Gold Coast, Morrow finally stepped onto the podium with bronze in the women's 55kg.

The Doncaster star was a hit on the junior circuit, taking silver at the 2019 European U23 Championships in Romania after finishing first in the clean & jerk.

2019 was an excellent year for the youngster, who also won silver at the British International Open, and she made her top-table debut at the 2017 World Championships in Anaheim.
