Birmingham 2022 offers Chris Latham the opportunity to better the Commonwealth Games bronze he won on his debut on the Gold Coast.

The 28-year-old took home the third prize in the men’s 15km scratch race in Australia four years ago and has his sights set on more success this summer.

Latham began his professional journey with three seasons riding for the WIGGINS team before joining ONE Pro Cycling in 2018.

His seven years as a pro have seen him gain experience on both the road and track, culminating in his inclusion on SwiftCarbon Pro Cycling for the 2021 season.

The Bolton native competed in the Volta a Portugal and Tour of Britain last term while he previously finished in the top three at the 2016 Grand Prix Cerami.

Cycling
Cycling at the Commonwealth Games in the past has taken place across three different disciplines; Track Cycling, Road Cycling and Mountain Bike.
