Ben Proud appeared at his second Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast after competing at Glasgow 2014.
Ben is a world champion sprinter in the 50m butterfly and is also the first male British medallist in the 50m freestyle blue riband event for more than ten years.
On the Gold Coast, Ben won gold in the 50m freestyle and silver in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay and 4x100m medley relay.
He set a new Games record in Australia for the 50m freestyle, finishing in a time of 21.30.
