Ben Jefferies was an eleventh-hour addition to Team England's ranks at Glasgow 2026 - and came away with a silver medal.
The Bristolian was drafted in after Charlie Dobson's withdrawal and helped the 4x400m mixed relay team to a runners-up finish at Scotstoun.
Jefferies was part of the relay squads over the same distance for Team GB at Paris 2024 having made a name for himself while studying at Briar Cliff University in Iowa, where he also majored in exercise physiology.
