The brilliantly talented Claudia Fragapane, who won four gold medals when competing for Team England in Glasgow this summer was honoured by the BBC this week winning the prestigious Young Sports Personality of the Year award. Aged just 16, Fragapane became the first English woman in 84 years to win four titles and she joins esteemed previous winners of the award including Tom Daley, Ellie Simmonds and Amber Hill.
