Passion

For me, to be English is to be passionate about what you are doing and to be proud to represent your country and feel the great honour to say you are running for England. The best thing about being English is being proud of putting on the English vest.

Humour, habits and traditions

I think English people’s humour, habits and I think you can go to a lot of countries but there is nothing better than the people at home and the traditions.

Did you know…?

Former World No1 Squash player and Commonwealth medallist James Willstrop is a big fan of the theatre.

James has a fond interest in frequenting the traditional English theatre and it is one of his favourite things about England, alongside country pubs.

The 31 year old recently enjoyed watching Death of a Salesman in London and is also keen on watching Shakespeare, especially Richard III.
