Toby Harries made his Team England debut this summer having become a regular fixture over one lap of the track.
Harries competes over both 200m and 400m and has become a reliable relay runner over the latter.
The Brighton-born athlete was part of the squad that won 4x400m bronze at the Paris 2024 Olympics and has also represented Great Britain at European and World Championships.
As a junior, Harries won European 200m gold in 2017 having also broken the UK Under-20 indoor record.
He has now also won silver at Glasgow 2026 for the mixed 4x400m relay.
